Apprenticeship Program

The Apprenticeship program is designed to attract promising Saudis to contribute to the development of a highly skilled Saudi workforce. The Apprenticeship Program is a two-year program followed by six to twelve months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) designed to prepare and develop High School Graduates (science, arts, commercial and technical majors) to obtain the required skills to fulfill operational, maintenance, administrative and clerical jobs.

Trainees are eligible to become regular employees at their sponsoring companies following successful completion of the training program. The program offers two tracks: clerical and technical with specific training patterns for each. Participants in the program receive a monthly stipend in addition to other benefits. 

 

Selection Criteria:

1.    General high-school average of 75% or higher

2.    Al-Qiyas score of 65% or more

3.    Age not to exceed 21 years
